Thank you, PD. And it's an honor to have you here. The book that changed my life was the Robert Pirsig "Zen & MM", but I always hesitate recommending that until I know the person better. Heaven forbid any of my friends should ever read "Lila". BTW, I love your 4th dimensional thinking; --keep it up!

Oh, and let me comment on start up which relates to your blog here, where is mentioned rekindled "play" in playing guitar and all musical instruments.

The third modal lesson in guitar should acquaint the student in the fine art of smashing his guitar on his amp, Who style.

Blessed is the Child.

Dr J: I see your reference to What Color is your parachurte...

It turns out, Bolles is a really nice guy, so I heard from my dearly departed Aunt Fran. She was one of his acquaintances back when he wrote the first one. As professor at Berkley she met him at some communications events.

She sent me the first book when I was struggling through "just sizing, out sizing, out placing... bungles in the jungle..." etc and it helped me in many different ways. I had sort of forgotten the revelation of the book [especially the middle sections] until you mentioned it.

Thanks for bringing it up again. Pat aka MooPig
