I spent an hour on the phone with tech support a few nights ago and finally told the poor support guy to forget it 'cause nothing we tried worked. I started with Mosaic back in the day and these guys think that just because I'm over 40 that I'm a techno-imbecile and have sabotaged my own web browser somehow. It's funny how I can ping Yahoo or any other site but yours and get a response. They're still claiming the problem's at my end and not theirs. I guess some evening I'll call back and see if I can pick up where we stopped last time. Dang kids and their Internets! You kids turn that bandwidth down, ya hear?
