A student came by today to borrow my throatsinging resources. All I have is Genghis Blues and some memories of discussions on blogs/websites etc…, so I pulled up Youtube. There are a couple of good tutorials, should you feel like trying it. But the most amazing performance was clearly this one:

That’s mad. I have watched a couple of guys a few months ago singing like this on YT but I can’t imagine human throat being able to make such noises. Actually, some of those sounds don’t actually exist isn’t it? Do I make sense here? Wasn’t you that actually pointed us here to a few such performances a few months ago?

Cool! Please post the few links you have, sounds like a wicked technique. When I read “throatsinging” I thought it was some kind of black metal
